Our Purpose

The Families with Children from China Charitable Fund (FCCCF) is a national volunteer organization founded and run by Canadian parents of children born in China. Since its founding in 1999, FCCCF's goal has been to ensure that children still living in China's orphanages receive medical help so they can have happy, healthy futures. The FCCCF has funded the medical treatment of dozens of children, primarily through China's Amity Foundation, as well as Canada's Smile China missions, and we will continue to work closely with both organizations.

This year, we are offering you the opportunity to support not only these children's medical needs, but their educational needs as well. Most orphanages are simply unable to afford the expenses associated with educating special needs children or to pay the tuitions for high schools, vocational schools, technical schools and colleges. We have therefore decided to support the educations of 27 students aged 13-22, many of whom have special medical needs such as blindness, deafness, or physical differences. Our plan (with your support) is to continue to fund these students until their educations are complete.

FCCCF is a registered charitable organization (charitable registration #88537 2243 RR0001). All donations over $10 are eligible for a charitable tax receipt.
